A free service (for people of all beliefs and none) developed and funded by the Association of Christian Counsellors, who are offering up to 8 online or telephone counselling sessions from qualified counsellors at flexible appointment times by video or telephone, for:
The HeadsOut Service is free and offers a range of activities, all of which are currently taking place online: Mental Health and Wellbeing plans: these are 1-1 sessions, usually weekly for 6 weeks. The Health Plan Service includes a review after 4 weeks to ensure that clients remain on track. Wellbeing Workshops run on Mondays from 18:30-20:00. These workshops are issue-based and focus on what clients need to maintain mental wellbeing. The programme includes workshops on anxiety; low mood; creating boundaries; coping with anger; and mindfulness. The ReCharge group runs every Friday from 11:00-12:30. It is a weekly daytime group that focuses on staying well and maintaining connections. You can self-refer or be referred by a member of the H&WB Team
Free relationship counselling service open to NHS Staff.
This service provides couples or individuals with the thinking space they need to face the challenges of working in demanding time, to understand the stresses they are experiencing and to mobilise their resources.
All sessions are carried out virtually, and there are up to 6 sessions available for you.
